Payment, Cancellations, Refunds and Relevant Policies

Please read through our Terms & Conditions before you make any payment.

Everyone who has made purchases from us are clearly aware of the procedures in effect and how we operate. At all times, a very simple and straightforward gentleman’s agreement suffices and has been enough to make all transactions and create an effective understanding. However, recent events have forced us to enforce the following. There will be no exceptions made to the rules below.

The following conditions are effective from Feb 21, 2022.

The conditions are as follows.

1. After your pre-orders are processed there will be no refunds. No requests of cancellations will be entertained. To repeat, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS.

2. Pre-order cancellation will result in refund with the deduction of 3.8% from the total amount payable. Absolutely any issues we face regarding customs, purchase, transfer of funds to a location, delays by shipper/agent, seller (in the country of purchase) is beyond our control and we are not the only ones facing the consequences, unfortunately you face it too with us.

3. Refunds will not be issued if:
a) product arrives within 03 calendar months and requests are made before that time passes;
b) product arrival remains within the standard 30-50 calendar days and requests are made before that time passes;
c) product purchase and/or shipping is delayed due to any major change in the business hours of the country of purchase, reasons including and not limited to Christmas, Fourth of July, Bank Holiday, Chinese New Year, Songkran et al festivals and/or other social, political, cultural incidents resulting into severe backlogs and delays;
d) confirmation of purchase has been provided through either Messenger, WhatsApp, text messages, email or voice call and any or all “Conditions a, b, c” above happen.

4. If you have already made a payment and you have not scrutinized and have not read through all the points above, all rules mentioned in points 1,2 and 3 are still binding and still applicable.

5. There is no cash on delivery procedure in place for new customers. Only select returning customers may enjoy this facility to a certain extent. Condition(s) applies.
