All aspects of pre-existing general T&C and Warranty apply, with the inclusion of the following.

1. Replacement will be provided based on availability.
2. If an identical product is in stock, it will be provided as replacement. Straight up.
3. If an identical product is not in stock, a similar product will be offered and cash adjustments will be made.
4. Cash adjustments will be made solely based on the price offered by The UK Bazaar. No other factors, conditions, offers will be applicable.
5. The promotional offer of "book with BDT500 only" is non refundable. To repeat, it is non-refundable. No exceptions or cases will be entertained.
6. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the SSD. The customer will only pay the remaining amount when taking delivery.
7. If customer wants the same, identical product and no other form or shape of replacement or refund and the product is not in stock, s/he may need to wait a minimum of 30-45 business days for the product to arrive.
8. Replacement will be provided only after the customer has given specific proof of the product’s fault (read write speeds and fluctuations/limitations/absolutely any other issues, a minimum recorded video showing the proof of). This required by the original suppliers.
9. Replacement will not be provided for
a. any form of physical damages whatsoever. All pre-existing General T&C and Warranty Condition apply.
b. any form of voltage fluctuations/any other hardware issue/power issue originating from the user’s computer system resulting into SSD being damaged. All pre-existing General T&C and Warranty Condition apply.
c. any form of damage, however slight or miniscule, resulting from and not limited to heatsink application/thermal pads application/other physical alterations. All pre-existing General T&C and Warranty Condition apply.
d. any form of hardware incompatibility that has not resulted due to any actions of The UK Bazaar; any form of hardware maladjustments/limitations/reduced functionality/reduced performance and any other form of limitation that resulted from the user's computer or electronic system where the purchased product is used.
10. The UK Bazaar reserves the right to make any changes to, modifications of any product and any relevant conditions at any time.
11. As always, any and all prices are correct at the time of posting. Changes may happen at any time.
